May 7th – We caught a snatch of sunshine today — just a few hours so Jim got up from resting with a cold and headed out to the lawn. The “lawn” takes about 2 hours to mow and after 10 days of constant rain there was no question mowing was what was needed.
Someone said to me “it’s lucky Jim’s handy.” I counter there must be a better word for the multiple talents he has to fix plumbing, electrical, flooring and mowers. I know: AMAZING!! Anyway, here he is on his refurbished mower set to the highest setting possible to attack 2 weeks worth of growth.
